This interactive, hands-on session will focus on key topics in Web 2.0 and Emerging Technologies and how they can best be applied in K-12 virtual teaching and learning. A group of experts will share real-world tools and instructional strategy examples in areas such as Social Learning and Open/Collaborative Curriculum. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in hands-on activities with the Web 2.0 tools presented and will spend time sharing knowledge, expertise and questions in roundtable discussions focused on more emerging technologies such as Mobile Learning and Global Collaboration.
